I want to record the 2011 Kids Choice Awards on a VHS so i can keep it for a long time. I have and Emerson VCR and a regular DirecTV box. The Kids Choice awards will be on channel 299 at my home. How do I connect them together and how do I record it once it is connected. Please Help!!! I know i can record it on the DVR but i want to be able to keep it.
