I have been a Dish network customer for 7 months i am in a 2 yr contract with them..
I have always paid my bills on time and never complained.. on TV and online they advertise that moving is FREE.. i recently moved and want to get my service changed to my new address and they want to charge $100.00 to install it... so i don't understand why they advertise it as being free

I called there headquarters and they deny having it on there website when it is right there and finally when they admitted it was there they tried to come up with some excuse that it was a fee for ppl with "bad credit" and when i got dish i had to pay $500.00 as i had no credit.. and my credit is increasing as i am just starting to build it..
can i sue them for false advertising /
