Dish Network: How do you swap TV2 and TV3?

We have three tvs, one HD DVR Duo Receiver in the Living Room, TV2 which is just plugged into the wall and receives it's signal from the DVR box, and TV3 which has it's own standard receiver that the cable runs through. We are trying to swap the functions of TV2 and 3 so that the current TV2 uses the standard box. We have been trying to contact customer service and nobody understands what we're asking; they just offer to send a technician to fix this issue for $65. The box won't detect/acquire the signal on the current TV2, it shows no error codes but never finds the proper Transponder. TV3 can't seem to detect the signal from the DVR, it is a Vizio and seems to have a problem with the tuner detecting them. Is there any way to resolve this issue without bring the techs in? We'd really like them switched. Thanks.
