Dish Network missing HD channels?

Before you go on and on about Disney dispute this Disney dispute that I noticed that my Dish Receiver is not getting several channels i HD like AMC HD, TCM HD and others that were recently added. I called support and they said I have to have Satellite 72 available on my switch which I don't.

How do I get these channels?!
