Dishwasher air vent blows water?

dishwasher air vent was blowing water... i thought the hose from vent to disposal was clogged so i changed it out...the old hose was free and clear of any debris...i also made sure that the manufacturer plug on the garbage disposal was removed ... it was... i cant figure this one out

the sink drain is clogged and preventing the water to drain.

I had a vent get plugged up with detergent once. I took off the vent cover and clean it, still works.
