Divx and Sony Vegas Avi files not rendering?

Hey yall Im useing Sony Vegas pro 8.0 and Divx pro. Every time I try to render with divx i get this error message

"An error occured while creating the media file fraps no working .AVI."

"A error occurred while converting with a codec"

I have how ever used other codec to render my files but I rly want to use divx, As its the best quality imo.

Plz help!

Please somebody. I've been getting the same error. I cant render in DivX.

In my case the problem was in the selected template that the frame rate was higher than in the source movie.
Maybe you should lower some parameters in the "Customize template" dialog.
