Divx error problem?

When ever I try to watch a video on the divx player it just pops up with an error that says "send error report or don't send" but most of the time firefox and internet explorer crash before the video even starts. Now I cannot watch any videos! Ugh! Doesn't anybody know how to fix this problem.

p.s My divx player used to work, but for some reason it doesn't anymore.
 
download and install KLite Codec Pack FULL
it will play damn near any video's you may come across.
