Divx no sound for charmed....?

Kay well, i had downloaded charmed season one torrents. i played them in every player and they sound did not match up. so i played it in Divx and it worked perfectly. Now i downloaded season 2 of charmed and when its opened in Divx it has no sound, and every other player the sound isn't matched with the video. Why? it worked with other stuff why not this. and my speakers and everything are fine.

please help?

and people saying this codec stuff or whatever that is, if thats a solution go into detail because i have no idea what that is or what to do when i do it.
