Divx on Icefilms is skipping?

I'm trying to watch some streaming videos online, and they continue to skip like crazy. I thought it was something I could look over, but it skips so badly that the same words/sentences get repeated at least four of five times until it stops, and does it all over again. I'm not sure what the problem could be. I really don't think space is an issue, either. I have plenty on my computer. It also used to not skip this bad at all.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to end the skipping?
