DivX Player?

i was on sidereel.com and dicided that i wanted to watch a reba episode but it told me i had to install this DivX player in order to watch it.
is it safe?
and can i put it on then delete it later?

DivX is great. Very reliable and uses great video quality. you can always delete it when you please...but I suggest you leave it on for future purposes.
I use DivX all the time since it's a great media player to watch movies on.
DivX is behind the website stage6.com ( a site designed for high quality videos) although they had to shut it down =[

yes it is safe i have downloaded it before and never had a problem its just that some players don't accept the format of the download and the divx player does
