I've been using DivX 8.1.2., and I notice that on some occasions the video freezes, while the sound still goes. This is usually if I've had the computer on for a while. But, other than that, the videos can also have times where they play just fine. I think it might have something to do with the 1080p formats, but I think smaller resolutions also have the problem.
I have a Intel Core 2 duo processor with 4.00GB ram, and a Nvidia Geforce 9 series card. So, I don't know why I'd have an issue with this.
Is it maybe that 8.1.2. isn't the most stable version?
