At first I was trying to stream a movie through it but when it kept saying the video wont play I decided to uninstall and restart my computer (since DivX always has problems of playing videos and such) then when I went to install it again it said this '' The DivX Plus installer has been blocked from connecting to the internet due to proxy, network, or security settings. Please download the offline installer to try again '' So now I'm confused ? I have two virus protections running at the same time
