I ask because I recently made just such a report, and am now being harassed by those who were apparently the perpetrators of the crime I called in. I am wondering if they got my number from the incident report, or some other document.I have never met these people, before now did not even know they existed, and certainly had no idea they were the criminals until they started calling me. What I wonder, is how they got my number? All I did was call the non-emergency line of the Chicago PD and say that I heard a ruckus.</blockquote>
