Yes, they do. Most lesbians look and feel just like anyone else. And dress in just the same diverse ways that all women do. And worry about stuff the same, too.
 
Well my mom doesn't let me, but yes, plenty of lesbian/bi girls do that. Have you ever heard of femmes or lipstick lesbians? They are lesbians who are girly.
 
Maybe you tend to focus more on the stereotypical 'butch' lesbians. There are lesbians / bisexuals out there that wear girly things.
