my lower back has been hurting so i went to see a chiropractor & he said a vertebrate in my lower right part of my back at hip has shifted or something causing the pain.
he suggests 12 sessions of trying to get the vertebrate back in place.
i lift some at work & always on my feet.
also about 25 pounds overweight.
have any of u been to a chiropractor and had x-rays and does this sound right?
just want to know your exp.s and results or failers.
oh he also said the x-ray shows some osteo arthritis starting.
iam 43 and in peri-premenopause..i hear that can also cause back pains.

most chiropractors are massage therapists aswell.

When I had bad lower back pain, I went EVERYWHERE and ended up in the place I never thought I'd be - a Chiropractor.

He didn't crack me like I thought... he massaged me for half an hour first! After the massage, he loosened me up with a couple, comfortable cracks then left me on my way. I actually never went back, but I had a good experience. Super friendly and helpful, not scary at all.

I recommend it.
