6 weeks vacation, $76/hour including benefits, more break time than American counterparts.......yeah I guess you would need a union to support gold plated jobs like that. And we're propping these guys up why? How about a pay cuts, some benefit reductions, build better cars, shut up and keep your job? That sounds fair to me.
