My 9 year old Rottweiler has had a bad eye infection for about 3 months. The Vet says it might be "Dry Eye". But she sneezes a lot.We have tried several antibiotics without success. Is there anything else I can do?

They can get upper respiratory infection (treated with antibiotics) and even conjunctivitis (treated with eye drops for 5 to 7 days). If it's been going on for three months, you should take your dog to another vet for a second opinion.

has your vet tested for dry eye? or done any skull xrays? they do have drops available to help with dry eye, but yes dogs can get sinus infections

i would go to a specialist. it is possible that your dog could have a tumor in the sinus cavity.
