do i cut barely noticeable chin hair off when i meet a manager for the first time?

hey, i' m going to meet a manager of a store for the first time, to try to get a job, and i was wandering if cutting off my sparse chin hair would be necessary. its not an interview, the guy that works there told me to come the next day so i can meet him, and also, would wearing a button-down, tie and slacks would be too much? thank for the help!
