well basically, my mum told me i have piles because when i eat unhealthy foods it hurts to shit lol. when i look in the mirror, or feel around, i dont see any hemmorroids, but i was told that internal hemmorroids don't hurt...? so wtf is this lol?? also random question, can piles cause pain in the vulva area??
