Keep in mind I sleep with music. Well I just had a weird experience, I fell asleep and I began dreaming that I was at a beach and somewhere along the way I realized it was a dream so in my dream I said, "I want to control it and fly through the sky" and I closed my eyes and it felt as if I was passing/falling through something, then it's like I was stuck somewhere because I could feel my real body and my dream me getting goosebumps. I didn't try talking but I was moving (not my real body but it felt like there were two of me, the me that was sleeping and the me that was moving, but I couldn't see the me sleeping because I was her like it was first person point of view) and I was slapping myself to wake up but at the same time I couldn't feel it. At some times I can't move and I get a scary feeling along with the goosebumps but I'm not sure if I was awake or asleep it felt too real. Eventually I actually woke up and I got tired so I fell asleep again and again once I realized it was a dream I tried to control it and same thing happened, I got goosebumps and got a scary feeling except this time I was kind of awake. Like it was as if I wasn't in my body I "woke up" exactly where I fell asleep and since I was listening to music I grabbed my iPod and the light turned on and it was so realistic but I obviously knew it wasn't because it was weird I didn't want to look around my room because I was scared to I kept looking at my iPod and slapping myself to wake up, but I think I looked to my left and saw a small white light/dot idk it was weird like when I was in that state it wasn't really frightening it's just be because I wouldn't wake up and along with the goosebumps it was scary. And it only happened because I tried controlling the dream, but also since I was listening to music I could hear the music throughout the whole thing. Now that I think about it this has happens once before but it was a little different because I didn't try controlling the dream it just happened like I was falling asleep and I got goosebumps but that time it really was frightening because I couldn't move and I felt something evil behind me.
