...or can I update mine? I bought a new phone through e-bay for my Verizon plan. However, it says, when we tried to switch the phones, it could not comply because it did not have an "E911 capability" (what is that by the way?). Do I have to send it back and find a phone with this feature, or is there some update I can get?
