do i have to have a data plan for the samsung rough ar verizon?
my 2 year conract isnt up but they said they can back it up so i can upgrade now.so i was wanting to know how much the phone is and do i have to have that new stupid data package and what is the hceapest one.alls i do is text call and mess around on my phone not the exra apps thought that cost.us there any way i can just not get that data plan
