hi. I've been a verizon customer for 2 yrs but the thing is i have about $700 to pay in total which im currently unable to. I want to move to at&t but have to keep my number. Does that mean I'll have to pay the full amount before i can do anything or can i just make monthly payments as ive always been doing while transporting the number to another carrier? Also, if i just wanna stay with verizon, can i still get a new phone? I'm asking this because my phone is dying and i'm desperately in need of a new one.
