I live in Michigan and was involved in a car-bike accident. I was biking and making a turn. I did not use the proper lane and collided with a car. I received the ticket. Now the driver's insurance company is trying to get me to pay for the damages to the car. Am I covered under the MI "no fault" rule? Do I have to pay?
