Do I have to pay roaming fees for Rogers in Canada? (read desc)?

Hi, I am planning to go on vacation to P.E.I and I currently live in Toronto, Ontario. I would like to know I have to pay roaming fees for DATA. I currently have a data plan that gives me unlimited data for my cell phone. I was just wonder because I have send text messages in different parts of Ontario and I have never gotten a long distance charge for text messages.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
