do i need a program to transfer mp3 files into my motorola rizr z3?

just got a motorola rizr z3 and it can play mp3s.
it came with a usb cable to connect to my computer. i know i can transfer files into the phone, like music is what im looking for.
do i have to buy a program to do this?

no, just download the program from the motorola website and get a memory card for you phone.
