I dont know what it is made of I painted it once but It got damaged cracking the front shell and ruining the paint job. I now sanded it back to its mirror like finish. With 2000 grit sand paper it look shinier and has less scratches than before the paint job. The problem is that the green I painted looked more like pine tree green than the ligher lime green I was going for. Will a couple coats of white spray make much of a difference as it is already chrome. Also how many coats of primer/paint/clear should it have total.</p></blockquote><p></p>
