I am 5'3" 127 lbs. I took a shake called Russian Bear 5000. It is full of protein whey and has many other substances in it that adds up to the 5000 calories this shake consists of. I would take it first thing in the morning, a little before your workout, and a full serving immediately after your workout. (u have a 30 minute window to take the shake after workout because this is when your muscles are most succeptable to supplement) And one time before you go to bed, if you want faster results. There is chocolate and vanilla flavors available in this powder shake. Mix with skim or 1% milk for a little more bulk, instead of mixing the powder with water. It's definitely gonna give you the weight u are looking for if you use it as directed. I had what seemed to be endless energy when it came to my workouts. I could go through my reps and sets finishing strong. Great Great shake. I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain healthy bulk weight to work with, showing results as soon as 1 month. Speaking of which, I may have to purchase some more soon!!

You could, but as with most things the natural way is better, read up on 'diets for athletes' through google or something and get as much info as you can on natural ways to get all your protein, carbs and vitamins, your body will take them in much better anyway.
Long term use of these products may damage your bodies ability to produce the desired chemicals etc itself so don't go for the quick fix.
If only the easy way was the best way!
