Do people use Outlook/Outlook Express for newsgroups much anymore?

Hello , I have seen that Outlook is the default E-Mail , But I use Newsgrops and I enter my ISP's E-Mail address for the Newsgroup provider to use when sending me an alert and I never expose that E-Maill address to the public . I never use Outlook . My ISP has a very nice E-Mail system . Outlook/Outlook Express is just another E-Mail program to me . After restoring my PC each time , I manualy select my ISP to be my default E-Mail program .
