I'm running two Rockford p312's , with that I'm running a 1210 Hifonics BXi mono amp at 1ohm running about 950 watts. I also have a four channel Hifonics BXi 400RMS amp running four channels at 75 watts. All together I'm running around 1200 watts give or take, and I don't see much light dimming only at very long Power hungry bass notes. Now my car is a 2010 Nissan and brand new and I don't want to start taking out alternators and changing out wires if I don't have to. Can I just put in a Optima yellow battery and solve my issue or start my 3 big upgrade project?

The alternator is the only device that generates electricity a battery just stores it so does a cap...so adding a cap or a battery will only add strain to the alt since it will have to charge the extra battery and the cap....I would highly recommend that you start with the Big3 upgrade...if the light dimming problem is gone then theres no need for a H.O. alternator...but if after doing the Big3 upgrade you still see lights dim then chances are that the stock alt can't handle all that power...so you're gonna need to upgrade to a H.O. alternator...

Definately get a cap first and keep that stock battery going as long as you can. Money wise I mean. Optima makes great batteries, but they will eventually give out without some help from a cap.
