...to travel faster than the shuttle? i am looking at the design and My dad used to design lab models for the Wind tunnels so i am familiar with thrust vs. coefficient of friction vs. mass ect. ect. it would appear that these rockets would have the ability to surpass the shuttle in speed even wile still in the atmosphere. is this correct? how much thrust do they have compared to the shuttle?
