Do the risks outweigh the gain when using BitTorrent?

I'd like to download Rosetta Stone, but I don't know if it's a good idea or even how to do it. What's the likelihood I'd get busted? and if I decide to, how do I?
Don't get all moral on me. $549 dollars is unreasonable.

download utorrent, then go to btjunkie.com and download the .torrent file for rosetta stone. the only worry u should have is when downloading movies or music.

and to the idiot below me demonoid has been down for months.

The chances are you wont get busted. They are only targeting the heavy file sharers.
You will need to install a torrent program, utorrent is my favourite but bittorrent will do the same job.
Then you need to get a torrent that will enable you to download the file, I use demonoid.com, it is a invitation only website (if you need an invitation code then email me at [email protected]), they host many torrents that people review once they have downloaded them (this stops malicious torrents), so if you chose a clean torrent (look at the reviews) then you should be fine.
