Do they have a Foreign Translator software for emailing on the Internet? I

have Internet Pal in Russia ? I have been exchanging emails with a internet friend , she is from Russia, she speaks English but has difficulty writing it. She tells me she has a computer translator but still doesnt get it right. Some internet Cafe she uses which Is not very reliable. Is there a software or program that I can buy , that will allow me if she wrote to me in Russian that I can take her yahoo email and select all command and reveal her words in any form of language so I can understand.with a click of a button. I would be most gracious if someone could help direct me in the right direction. Thank you for your time.
