Do they make Training wheels for sport bikes?

I have never driven a motor cycle or owned one in my life and i really want to learn and get my motor cycle license the bike i was looking at is a Kawasaki Ninja 250R to start nothing to fast i dont want to kill myself getting a high speed crouch rocket was also looking at a Yamaha R1 does anyone know if they make training wheels for sport bikes and if so were do they sell them thanks?
