They have started production of a new new beetle but it wont be released till sometime in 2011,, production of the bug stopped in may of 2010 there were only 3000 models made half hard top half soft top or convertable. all aquatic blue. The new new beetle looks so much like a PT cruiser, personally its ugly, from what ive seen so far, it doesnt have the beetle look anymore just the rounded wheel bumpers, there trying to give it more of a golf look so they say. Idk if this is the final model for next year or not but it definatly takes away from the cuteness of the been it cannot be given a personality like the bugs now can. I dont know to much about it but I do know I dont like it.
