well I'll tell you...my name's Jon and I've been eyeing Yor Health for the past two years while pursuing my degree in nutrition...and I can tell you point blank: depending on your individual needs, you can decide to purchase their products. Me personally, I've been pulled in to their products two years ago, and it is extremely expensive to purchase them. I'm a college student, I have better things to place my money toward then a bunch of overly expensive nutritional products. But if you take time to look at the products and compare them to something like Centrum or something, the normal brands will be better financially. The vitamins that are up for sale by Yor Health are over dosing the amount of vitamins and minerals for a normal human being. If you eat a balanced diet, you'll still receive your vitamins and minerals from your food; and the excess nutrients gets thrown out of your body by the toilet (to keep it PG). Thats just their vitamins; the one thing that I think is absolutely bad to buy is the meal replacement. I looked at the nutritional facts on Yor Health's website and it doesn't provide enough carbohydrates for your body to make energy. You need those carbohydrates to maintain your body; and that meal replacement is lacking it it BIG time. The other items that Yor Health sells are available, but you got to take the time to look for them. The probiotics that are sold; they can be found in yogurt(thats how yogurt is made: probiotics). So its purely up to you, I personally think its absolutely ridiculous that people spend so much on products like this, when the answer to their problems are hiding in front of them in plain sight.
