Screaming is good, sometimes a good cry is effective too.

Don't let it get to you though. Things are bound to lighten up on you soon. Just hang in there and hope for the best?
 
There are days I think it would help, especially when I get cut off by someone driving slower than me........rage building.......vein popping out of neck.........AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
