Do you follow trends or just wear what you want?

I just wear whatever I want, I don't see the point of trends alot of them aren't even nice. example: Combat boots
If I like it I follow it but, i'm not like its ugly but its in so I have to wear it
 
I usually just wear whatever I want. And like you,if it's something I like sure I'll follow it but if it's ugly and I don't like it I'm not gonna wear it just cause it's "in". Like Toms-don't like them but their popular where I live but Just cause everyone else is wearing them doesn't mean I am since I don't like them.(:
