...special occasions? I used to say God bless you and protect you, in addition to goodnight to my children. Among my wife's family, not mine, each youngster takes the hand of each elder and holds the back of the hand to the forehead. At Christmas and Easter parties children arriving late to a party take quite a while being blessed by all the elders.

Well every morning I say good morning an at night good night and sleep well. At christmas and easter say happy christmas or easter.
