I have a Christmas ham, and am getting told two different things.
I have never once eaten a hot ham, usually we just slice it off the bone.
But some people are saying it is very lucky I have never gotten ill.
I have a Traditionally cured, wood smoked ham in the fridge.
Is it safe to eat cold??
The packet does not have cooking directions on it, nor does it say ready to eat
