A Annafur New member Aug 18, 2010 #1 I got a samsung vibrant about a week ago and now my phone is messed up. It freezes, the gps doesn't' work and the internet is super slow. I want to exchange it for another one, would i have to pay the reactivation fee again ? Or a restocking fee ?
