Do you know about these features on eHarmony?

If you've used eHarmony, can you please explain these things?
1. When you get a "nudge", is that the match initiating it or automatically sent by eHarmony if you haven't responded to the person? Cuz I get nudges but don't see a way that I myself can send one.

2. Let's say the guy contacts the girl first, the girl answers his multiple choice and sends hers, he answers them too. Does the girl now have to initiate the next communication because he was the last one to send one back and if she doesn't he can't send it first (such as the must haves list)? I ask cuz sometimes I'll wait for him to initiate sending his list first but after a while he closes the match saying I never responded.

So I don't get it and I have how I have tons of other questions but you can't find the answers on their website and it's really not user friendly, i'm just waiting for my membership to expire as this point having not figured things out and only getting generic email responses whenever I send a question to customer service (it's like they don't even read my email).
So as far as communicating, it HAS to go in order back/forth? For example the first set of questions he asks first, and I respond and send him questions and he responds. Then only I can initiate the next questions and he can't because it's my turn?"

tried it a couple of years back. not a good dating site.
first off if someone signs up for a weekend trial or quits the service they still send you info as matches for people who really don't exist.
and be careful just because your membership expires it will not they will just renew it automatically if you do not tell them up front you want out.
and you tell them you want a non smoker they still match you up with smokers
or you want someone within 50 miles they still send you info on people 300 miles away.
regarding the nudge I think you can send that to someone who hasn't answered in a few days to remind them about you. and I think you do go back and forth with asking each other questions.
on the customer service part I know its hard to get help from them but If you write you have a friend who is interested but does not want to give bank info on the phone and would like an address to write to, to send money their customer service will answer you real quickly and then you will have an address to send a written cancellation request in to.

The "Nudge" is automatic.
It's back and fourth. One of you asks, the other answers and sends questions of their own, until you reach Open Communication.
If one of you wants to, you can either request "Fast Track", or once your past the scripted questions you can give them your phone# and see if they're interested in talking directly.
I've had great luck with them.

I paid for a 3 month subscription and got way too many of those 'this guy might work' messages. I rejected more than I accepted and for $134 I got ONE date and that guy I quickly ruled out as a possibility. I don't think they are worth the money!
