i have an iphone that is just sitting in my drawer cuz the person i bought the phone from didnt tell me that the firmware is 4.3 which was stupid.so now i have to wait for it to be unlock and use for tmobile.do you know any sites whr i could unlock and jailbreak my iphone?

oh and does my phone have to be both unlock and jailbroken?
cant it just be unlock?
