Do you need special rice to make rissotto ? Any recipes !? :)?

Do you need a special kind of 'rissotto rice' to make simple rissotto ? Or is plain old boil in the bag okay ?
And can you gimme some simple recipes for the stuff. I just wanna add small easy stuffs, like mushrooms or summin ?
