The guy made some comment about needing to use some tool on his computer to "unlock it" or something. I asked if I would need to bring my son's iPhone to the store in order to activate it, because I was just planning on calling customer service after he got it on christmas day and he said I "might" need to. I don't think he really knew though. Has anyone activated the iPhone 3GS by just calling customer service?</p></blockquote><p></p>
