do you now where on the internet I can get Manuel de Codage?

I've been looking for software that egyptologists use to put hieroglyphs on computers, I stumbled upon Manuel de Codage and I was wondering if this is the right software that I can use to put hieroglyphs on my computer. I'm trying to learn kemetic and I want to put them on my computer for easy reference (I'm not good at drawing hieroglyphs). Do you know where can I get this software, If this is not good software then are there any better ones what are their names and if so how can I get them?
