Do you take sleeping pills and if so?

please explain why you take them and how often and what kind? My wife has recently started taking Xanax to fall asleep at night because she is a restless sleeper.

i just take the night time cold and flu medicine. its nothing to strong and knocks me out like a baby within 20minutes
