Wow, you're my twin.. except i'm only 15. I ate the same but swam not ran.

Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 eggs (poached) with a little salt and pepper

Lunch: A peanut butter sandwich on whole wh. bread and a banana with peanut butter. (the bread was 50 cals per slice)

Snack: A package of crisps (pears) which was like 45 calories.

Dinner: A grilled chicken breast, brown rice, and boiled broccoli with salt.

Water with everything!
Was this healthy considering I ran 4 miles today, I'm 5'8", and 117 lbs?

It sounds a little light, considering you are a teen (which means you're still growing and need more calories) and that you are active. You also are about my height, which means pretty tall for your age, so that would also require more energy for your body to transport nutrients. Add some fruit too! But also, I don't see many fats/lipids. They are a main macronutrient that are not "bad" like many people claim. Fats are necessary for your body to survive. The peanut butter at lunch would count as a protein, and is not enough fat for the entire day. Add some butter to your toast, and to your rice. Lunch looks a little small, and you might add a second snack at night as well. :)

Besides, you're 14! Listen to your hunger/fullness cues and that's all you need to worry about.
