- 1month imprisonment for jay walkers and littering(no bail)
- 1year imprisonment for people who will be caught spiting and peeing on public places (no bail)
- 1 month imprisonment for beating the red light and any traffic violators (no bail)
- death penalty for murder, kidnapping and terrorism

just give me your opinions...

i do hope so, but before these bills are passed, the comments of the greater public must be taken into consideration. after all we are still a democratic country

The problem with laws in this country is the implementation of them. I would do my very best to have those bills passed but ultimately, it would depend on how much the police and security forces implement these laws. A good example would be in the Glorieta/Greenbelt area. There are signs for pedestrians on when they should cross, and there are even explanations as to the meaning of the signs. But still, a lot of people jay walk because they know they can get away with it.

Another perfect example would be wang-wang hype during GMA's administration. There were existing laws about the wang-wang, but since the police did not do what they were supposed to, the law was broken, abused, and thrown out the window. As much as I hate for it to happen, I believe the only way for ALL Filipinos to become disciplined is through a dictatorship and martial law.

A lot of Filipinos are dumb. They don't care lol.

Only the middle class and rich ones are disciplined.
