Do you think it would be ethical to introduce life to another planet or moon?

I was just reading about Jupiter's moon Europa, scientists believe the water on Europa is oxygen rich and could support life (ie fish), this got me in a day dream and i was thinking, would it be wrong if we were to introduce a number of types of fish to Europa? For example we could throw a number of different fish into the Europa oceans and leave them for years to multiply.

Obviously there would be more to it then what ive put, its not as simple as throwing them in but do you think if this was possible it would be an ethical thing to do?

If we keep destroying this planet at the rate we are doing, we will have no choice but to introduce life to another planet at some point.
It is ethical since to our present knowledge we are the only intelligence so who is there to disagree?

Scientist believe that us humans started in water. So with out any other lifeforms there I predict.

1. After billions of years we will see us on the moon
2.It may be like a parallel planet where Thomas Edison would still make the light bulb and such
3. The moon would become a small earth
4. The fish would probably carry algae, which would contribute to making oxygen
5.Because there may not be other lifeforms they would eat each other, making it a parasitic relationship for everything except the algae.
